M06 ELMIM

M06 ELMIM, also known as “the claw”, is a tactical push dagger manufactured using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology from steel with properties comparable to premium powder metallurgy Elmax steel. The surface is finished with a durable powder coating, enhancing wear resistance and offering color options in olive green and black. The blade undergoes vacuum and cryogenic hardening, achieving a hardness of 59 HRC.

Our goal was to take the M06 design a step further—achieving lower material waste and even better mechanical properties. Through MIM technology and the development of our own alloy, we achieved a composition comparable to Elmax steel from Uddeholm, Sweden. The resulting blade is strong, tough, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The composition was verified in cooperation with Bodycote.

The Wharncliffe-style blade is designed with durability and reliability in mind, especially for tactical use. While the M06 ELMIM serves well as an EDC tool, its construction and edge angle are tailored for maximum endurance under impacts, strikes, and general mechanical stress. This is not a universal knife for everyday tasks, but a specialized tool built for demanding conditions.

The blade shape, combined with an asymmetrical skeletonized construction, ensures optimal balance between strength and low weight. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the knife sits securely in hand, minimizes the risk of slipping, and provides high stability during use. That’s why the M06 ELMIM is highly favored among military personnel and the tactical community as a reliable backup blade. It’s also well-suited for self-defense, everyday carry, and light outdoor use.
