How does it work?

1. Please check that your knife model is listed below before adding the service to your cart.
2. Add the service to your cart.
3. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number.
4. Pack your knife securely and send it to us together with a printed copy of your order and your return shipping address.
5. We will professionally sharpen your knife, inspect its condition, and prepare it for continued use.
6. Once the sharpening is complete, we will return your knife to you via GLS at our expense.
